Gk 444 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities

Gk 444 (referred to herein as "we", "the platform", or "gk 444") is an online betting service provider offering Sports Betting, live betting, and related services to users in Bangladesh and internationally. These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and gk 444.

To use this platform, you must:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must not reside in a country or region where online betting is fully prohibited.
• All bets must be placed in your own name and with your own funds — not on behalf of or using money from any third party.
• You must agree to comply with all provisions of these Terms & Conditions.

If any of the above conditions are not met, you are not eligible to use gk 444.

Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at the time of registration. If an account is created using false or misleading information, gk 444 reserves the right to close that account immediately and forfeit any associated balance.

One Account Only

Only one account is permitted per person, household, or IP address. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed and any associated bonuses will be voided.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

KYC Verification

Gk 444 may initiate a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time to ensure security. You may be required to submit one of the following documents:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving License
• Bank Statement (for payment verification)

Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if the KYC process has not been completed.

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

Gk 444 reserves the right to accept or refuse any bet. Bets placed due to a technical error or incorrect odds may be voided, in which case the stake will be refunded in full.

Live Betting

Odds in live betting change rapidly and may shift right up until a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of confirmation are final.

Maximum Bet Limit

If a Match Is Cancelled

If a match or event is cancelled, the full stake for the relevant bet will be refunded. Whether the original bet stands for a rescheduled match will be communicated separately on a case-by-case basis.

Deposit

Gk 444 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit is ৳200. Deposits are typically credited to your account within 15 minutes.

Withdraw

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes. However, processing may take longer if KYC verification is pending or a security review is in progress.

Third-Party Payments Prohibited

Gk 444 does not accept or send payments through any third party. All transactions must be made via a payment method registered in the account holder's name.

Gk 444 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own terms. However, the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Before a bonus can be withdrawn, you must meet the specified wagering requirement (typically 10x to 30x the deposit plus bonus amount).
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time — any unused bonus will be forfeited once the expiry date has passed.
• Misuse of the bonus system may result in cancellation of all bonuses and associated winnings.
• Gk 444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gk 444 platform:

• Placing bets using fraudulent methods or automated software.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Exploiting the bonus system through multiple accounts.
• Intentionally exploiting technical glitches on the platform.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person.
• Placing bets using bots or any automated software.
• Harassing other users or damaging the reputation of the platform.

If evidence of any of the above activities is found, gk 444 may close the account and forfeit the balance without prior notice. Legal action may also be taken if deemed necessary.

Closed at User's Request

You can request to close your account at any time. Contact our support team and your account will be deactivated within 24 hours. Please withdraw your balance before closing.

Self-Exclusion

As part of responsible gaming, you can request a temporary account suspension for 30 days, 6 months, or permanently. Any attempt to open a new account during this period will be rejected.

Gk 444 reserves the right to close an account for breach of these terms. Any legitimate balance will be returned following verification, but bonus balances will be forfeited.

Gk 444 is not responsible for the following:

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection.
• Delays or errors from third-party services (e.g., mobile banking).
• Unexpected server downtime or issues arising during maintenance.
• Issues with the user's own device or software.

Under all circumstances, gk 444's maximum liability shall be limited to the value of the relevant bet.

Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, please reach out to our support team in the first instance. If the matter cannot be resolved through support, a formal complaint may be submitted. gk 444's compliance team will respond within 7 business days.

In all disputes, gk 444's decision shall be considered final — though it will always be made on the basis of transparency and fairness.

Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the relevant licensing authority. The jurisdiction of the appropriate courts shall apply to any legal disputes.
